Rent must be paid Online or cash once the bicycle is delivered or picked up by you from our Wakad godown.

2. Details will be shared after the successful booking of the bicycle. You can pay once the bicycle is delivered or you have picked the bicycle from our go down.
3. Rent receipt will be shared after the payment is received.

Steps to Book the Bicycle Online on Sanrocycles Portal:

1. Click on the link to select the Bicycle https://sanrocycles.com/bicycle-rental/

2. You can select the bicycle you want to Rent and click on Book Now.

3. Booking Form will open.

4. Add all the personal details e.g. Name, Email, Phone Number, and address details.

5. Select the Bicycle Type which you want to Book.
Click on Please Select Bicycle.
-> Select Single Speed Bicycle or MTB 6-speed bicycle or MTB 21 Speed Bicycle or Hybrid Bicycle.
-> If you Select Hybrid Bicycle, select type for a bicycle.
-> You can select BSA I Bike Munich or Cross Bolt 28t 21 speed or Firefox Road Runner Pro V.
-> Please select No of days. 1 month or 3 Months.
-> Upload Identity proof and Address Proof. File size should not be more than 3 MB.
In case if you need to add any details, you can text inside the Message.
-> Click to Select the Text box for Terms and Conditions. (Please read the terms and conditions before selecting the I Accept.).
-> Click on Continue to Checkout

6. After clicking on Continue to Checkout if all the details are filled then the Booking successful, Thank You page will be displayed. Once the bicycle is booked, you will receive the email.

7. Once the bicycle is booked, we will get back to you for confirmation.

8. You can g-pay or pay cash, once the bicycle is delivered to your location.

Terms and Conditions for Bicycle on Rent:

1. Bicycle Rental Service is available only in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
2. The cycle is given in good condition, and should be returned well.
3. In case of any type of damage/loss done by the user(Including bicycle or accessories provided), it will be charged extra.
4. If there are any other issues e.g. puncture or break or Air in the tire, please get it done at your side.
5. Sanrocycles will not be responsible for any kind of damage or accident. Ride a bicycle safely. Any damage caused due to crashes or neglect is the customer’s responsibility.
6. It includes injury, death to the person/rider, or property with regard to the use of the bicycle or 3rd party damage and will be charged to the customer for the entire damage for a rented bicycle. 
6. If you want to terminate the contract in between, the Rent amount will not be refunded back. (Monthly Rental charges are more value for money than daily.)
7. Per-day cost applies after the time period is over. In case the bicycle returned is delayed from your side, per day extra i.e. 100 Rs for MTB, 200 Rs for Geared, and 300 Rs for hybrid Bicycle will be day-wise Rent will be applicable. Please ping on our Whatsapp number for instant details.
8. Prices mentioned in the list are fixed. Discount is only applicable for 3 months of renting.
9. Once we receive the cycle back in good condition security deposit will be returned back.
10. Customer needs to submit one photo id proof on WhatsApp at the time of bicycle delivery or when the bicycle is picked up from our godown location.
